Dr. Chrissy Stachl is the CEO and Founder of Reflecting Equity. Born out of a successful initiative to improve a STEM community’s academic climate, Reflecting Equity is dedicated to helping organizations foster inclusion and develop equitable policies and practices within their workplace.
