Not Allowed: My friend experienced xyz but I did not directly observe.
Not Allowed: I heard through the grape vine that 10 years ago this happened

…accepted at our discretion to bring a voice to a wide variety of communities
No form of identity is more or less important than the other. Infact is is this intersectionality of identity that make us who we are. We wish to highlight as many communities as possible through these Letters.

Experts will address:
Their personal experience/expertise in DEIJ
Their option of the Letter
Historical relevance of the issue in the Letter, when appropriate.
How they would have handled the case if it had landed on their desk
Response to any comments left under the Letter
